We will finally open Orange Tree Hvar, May 2025, after four years of development. Sleeping up to 9 guests either renting as an exclusive villa or choosing one of the beautifully designed bedrooms.
The Villa is spread over three levels, interconnected by an internal stone stair case. Luxuriously decorated throughout; the ground floor (known locally as konoba) has a large open plan entertaining and dining space opening up to the garden patio through two large french doors which are architecturally positioned under the konoba stone arches, a stylish fully equipped kitchen postioned in the old well, a WC and private carpark for two cars. The first floor has bedrooms Olive, Grape including Pea with one balcony and one terrace and the second floor Lime and Fig with one terrace.
We approached the design and decoration of the property with special care – taking into account the environment and history of the property which dates back to the 16th century, weve blended modern elements like microcement with old stone, adding native stone and finishing with limestone and sand on the walls, beautifully curving every corner. This has created an airy interior that exudes the Mediterranean.
With equal care, we designed the exterior and gardens so that our guests could enjoy the full dalmatian living experience. The pool is a quirky shape to comply with planning regulations, and we decided to go all out with a salt water system because of the health benefits. There are serveral sun loungers which were chosen for style and comfort. The trees and flowers all in keeping with the natural eco system of the island. There are several outdoor seating areas to choose from, all with a different perspective. Of course no dalmatian garden is complete without a grill but we added a kitchen and dining for to enhance the outdoor entertaining experience.
The decor throughout the villa is furniture peices that we love, some are bold, some are large but the blend is seemless and gives that feel of opulence and comfort.
